If you are interested in making restaurant quality Neapolitan-style pizza at home and want to learn professional techniques, from flour prep to mixing dough, stretching, topping and launching pizzas into an oven, then this is the course for you.

With a maximum or 8 people per course, we will cover everything you need to know to get started - including where to source the best quality ingredients and nailing the perfect at-home dough recipe.

This course is great for those who are complete beginners, or those who may already have an at-home pizza oven and would like to take things to the next level.

Our 3-hour evening course includes:

  • An alcoholic or soft drink of your choice on arrival
  • Expert tuition from our owner and head chef Simon, who will talk you through all aspects of pizza making; flour prep, hand mixing and balling dough, stretching techniques, topping, cooking and sourcing ingredients
  • Plenty of hands-on practical time to hone your skills
  • Q&A session
  • 4x dough balls for you to take home and practice with
  • An exclusive Il Pirata tote bag
  • Post-course contact with Simon for any further support
  • Plus take home any pizzas you make on the day!

Courses currently run on a Wednesday evening, starting at 6pm. We aim to finish at around 9pm.
